Cornish Guardian: Church raising cash to build better homes for Romanians

VOLUNTEERS from the Wadebridge Christian Centre will travel to Romania later this year to help with a building project.

They hope to replace temporary mud-brick and plastic-sheeting homes with block-built permanent houses, with tiled roofs.

To raise funds for this project, they will be holding a new & pre-loved clothes sale (sizes 8-22 available) on Saturday, February 28, from 10am to 12.30pm.

It will be taking place in the Basement at the Exchange, the Wadebridge Christian Centre at the top of Molesworth Street.

There will also be a raffle and tea, coffee and homemade cakes.
