Elena Nitu, 18, was flown to the UK for specialist treatment after the inferno that claimed 50 lives.
A teenage girl died at Whiston Hospital after being injured in a deadly nightclub blaze in Bucharest.
Romanian Elena Nitu, 18, was one of 50 revellers to have died since the inferno in the eastern European nation’s capital nearly two weeks ago.
Around 30 of those who were injured were flown to foreign hospitals for specialist treatment.
Miss Nitu was brought by NATO plane to Whiston, the regional burns unit for Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales.
She died on Tuesday night – the day before the death of another victim, Vladut Roberto Andy, 19, at a hospital in Chelmsford.
Authorities say 51 people remain in hospital in a serious or critical condition. Some 36 were flown abroad for treatment over the past week.
