THE number of Romanians sleeping rough on the streets of London has almost DOUBLED in a year, as officials blamed migrants for the escalating homelessness problem.
The staggering report found of the 7,581 rough sleepers last year, 1,388 said they were from Romania – almost double the 730 recorded the previous year.
